Both Republicans and Democrats are after power, and
they let the other one get away with this garbage because they want that power
themselves.
Rod thinks they each want to gain as much power as they can and they
realize that they get to keep the power of their predecessors, so going after
their predecessor, even in word, does not make sense because they would lose
that power. They are too short sided to realize they might also lose that power.
The constitution exists to limit government power, including where tax dollars
can be spent. Not only can it not be spent on health
insurance, but it cannot be spent most other things (earmarks) that they spend it
on.
Tax dollars should not go to ANY private organization.
That is why Rod is a conservative.
