What needs to change. We can make these changes by using the 10th Amendment "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

1) It is a STATE election even if for a federal position
    a) all funds raised can only come from legal voters within the sate the candidate resides.
    b) no tax dollars can go to any candidate for any reason
    c) all news organizations must give equal time to ALL candidates as a public service

Rod maintains that corporations have people in them, but are not people and do not have the same rights as people even though the US Supreme court ruled otherwise.
