Proposed AMENDMENTS to US Constitution

Article V of the US Constitution reads in pertinent part

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress;

--Taxes shall not be used to redistribute wealth

--Every law shall be of one subject and that subject shall be contained in the title. comment: This will drastically reduce the amount of waste and nonsensical controlling laws and spending. If an idea is truly good, it will pass on it's own and not have to be attached to another bill. It will also limit even further what congress can do. It will create more accountability especially during reelection.

--Every ballot must contain the options NONE OF THE ABOVE and UNDECIDED This will prevent the counters from marking the ballot and calling it voter intent.

--No person or entity shall receive a tax refund that is greater than that which was collected. I see no reason to pay people to not pay taxes.

--Each person born in the United States shall be the blood child of at least one US citizen at the time of birth to be a natural born citizen. This will remove all questions as to the citizen status of illegal's born in the US

--Each person shall have the right to keep and bear arms including military small arms.
