We all have the right to pursue
good health and happiness, but
not at the expense of another
persons right to do the same.
Single payer health care takes
away your right of choice.
Buy or else!
It's health insurance not health
care. No one has the right to
FORCE Peter to pay Paul's
medical bills. Problems with existing system
1)
Remove all federal and
state
mandatory coverage items (from
CHAI) and make those items optional.
Example: Gender change coverage should be optional
2) Everyone in their respective state should pay same price (adjusted for age, smoker, cancer aids, and minimal other factors) not that persons individual health conditions (similar to life insurance) 3) Make every person in their respective state should be of one giant group of people to spread finical risk, get better rates, and prevent insurance companies from choosing which people they want to cover 4) A copay must be required or less than 100% of the medical fee to encourage shopping for the best price and help prevent unnecessary trips to the doctor. 5) To prevent people from buying insurance only when they get sick, preexisting conditions must be paid after 2 consecutive years of coverage regardless of the company the individual had before 6) Each person is responsible for their own premium, not the company they work for. 7) Remove the employer provided health care. This will raise wages by removing the sickening trap companies use to keep people prisoner. 8) The insurance companies will naturally have standard minimum coverage plans consistent between all companies. 9) If someone chooses a major medical type of policy then there must be a rolling 12 month deductible rather than a fixed date detectable 10) Injuries or accidents that happen while the insured is out of the state of residence must be paid. 11) Chiropractic and massage and all the items listed here must be offered not mandatory 12) Dental and Vision must be offered 13) No person can be dropped from coverage after 2 years of paying premiums 14) No person can have rates raised higher than others in that same factor group (similar to life insurance) |
